**Manager, ServiceNow Developer** **Location:** Ireland, Spain, Portugal, UK, Lithuania, Poland **Work Mode:** Hybrid or Home based **Position Summary:** Bentley is embarking on a transformational journey to modernize sales, marketing, support, and ERP platforms to upscale our user experience and processes across the enterprise. The Digital Business Enablement team is focused on partnering with their stakeholders to deliver world-class enterprise applications focused on streamlining our processes and user experience. To complement this effort, the team is seeking a manager for our service delivery capabilities. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the implementation and maintenance of user support applications that provide capabilities to deliver a frictionless user support experience. They will have demonstrated success in developing and optimizing processes, achieving operational goals, and developing and executing a strategic technology roadmap. If you are a candidate who has the vision of what could be and a belief in driving impact, then you may be the ideal person for this position. **Your Day-to-Day:** + Oversee the portfolio across a range of stakeholders including Support, IT Ops, Success, and more, while working closely with leaders across Bentley to strategize and implement systems, processes, and programs to help service delivery succeed. + Responsible for the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions to meet business requirements to enable service delivery (such as ServiceNow). + Own the long-term strategic roadmap for service delivery systems in collaboration with the Senior Director, Sales, Service, and Marketing Applications. + Develop collaborative relationships across the organization including the key areas of Support, IT Ops, Success, and more + Drive execution planning, converting strategic roadmaps into execution plans and quarterly OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to deliver business value. + Coordinates with key business stakeholders to align priorities and timelines for execution, ensuring proper business support for key activities around requirement capture, design, test, and change management. + Drive execution of multiple simultaneous, cross-functional projects. Proactively make adjustments to course-correct programs that are in jeopardy and communicate those updates to the correct stakeholders. + Operate and maintain the existing environment and develop processes to continue to enable support for newly implemented modules, including maintenance of support queues and developing/maintaining a backlog of enhancement requests + Lead and grow a collaborative team of solution consultants and developers as needs expand. + Set clear goals and directions and provide regular feedback to team members’ performance. **What You Bring to The Team:** + 6+ years of IT industry experience in complete software development life cycle process including System Analysis, Process Design, Testing, Implementation, and Documentation. + 3+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions and implementing modules on service delivery platforms, such as ServiceNow + Strong business acumen with the ability to identify user needs, lead planning with sound business recommendations, and generate alignment with key business partners. + Ability to define metrics for success, track KPIs towards those metrics, and experience analyzing and proposing data-driven solutions. + Strong communication skills: Effective communication in written and verbal form. + A proven track record of innovative thinking balanced with a strong customer and quality focus. + A healthy skepticism for the status quo and an unwillingness to settle. **What We Offer:** + A great Team and culture – please see our Recruitment Video.
