Manager, Shopper Insights & Commercial Strategy

The Shopper Insights and Commercial Strategy Manager will reporting into the Director, Category and Commercial Data with strong cross functional connectivity across Off Premise and Marketing.  The role will provide valuable insights into the consumer, shopper, and will leverage data to build and guide sales strategy with the goal to accelerate volume and share performance.  The role will work closely with Category Insights and Commercial teams, leveraging data to build a plan to advise and execute through National Account and Distribution functions.  There is an increasing need to connect data and sales strategy to better understand and meet the need of the Energy Shopper in store.  Additionally, the individual will act as a credible partner with the Sales Leadership Team to seamlessly coordinate all sales strategy functions including annual business planning, accelerated performance measuring, and the build of long term strategic roadmaps.
