In a Nutshell:

We are building a dynamic digital Commerce Pod to service Fortune 500 CPG clients and drive significant revenue growth through TikTok Shop. The Manager will lead efforts in recruiting affiliates, influencers and creators, managing client relationships, and developing innovative strategies to achieve monthly revenue goals. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of TikTok Shop, a passion for digital commerce, and has a proven track record of success.

What You’d Do:

Identify, recruit, and onboard top influencers and creators to build a robust affiliate community, maximize engagement with affiliates. Develop and execute effective strategies for TikTok Shop campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and market trends. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing strategic insights and solutions to drive their success on TikTok Shop. Plan, execute, and optimize live shopping events on TikTok, ensuring maximum revenue generation and audience engagement. Analyze channel performance using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve conversion rates. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and analytics, to deliver integrated and effective campaigns.

What You’ve Got:

3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social commerce, or digital marketing, with direct experience on TikTok Shop. Proven ability to generate six figures in monthly revenue through TikTok Shop campaigns. Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, trends, and cultural nuances. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to manage creators, clients, and internal teams. Proficiency with tools such as TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok Creator Marketplace Analytics, Google Analytics, and influencer management platforms like Upfluence or GRIN. Experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and feed management tools such as Feedonomics is highly desirable. Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making and strategy. Experience in e-commerce or digital commerce is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
