Creativity Apps QA team is looking for a highly motivated Software Developer in Test Manager that has a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality releases for iOS/macOS apps, cloud-based frameworks, and APIs. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a passion and/or background in video editing to contribute to the production of innovative tools for creative professionals, video makers, and visual storytellers. **Description** As an SDET Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of SDETs, fostering a culture of quality, innovation, and collaboration. Manage multiple priorities, projects, set team goals, evaluate performance, and create development plans to help team members achieve their full potential. Communicate risks, progress, and solutions effectively to all levels of the organization. Ensure the adoption of the latest testing methodologies and tools to maintain high-quality standards. Oversee the development and maintenance of automated test cases in Swift and Python. Advocate for quality across the software development lifecycle, driving continuous improvement in processes and tools. Act as a key liaison between the QA team and product management, engineering, and other collaborators. **Minimum Qualifications** + 7+ years of experience in SW QA/QE, with at least 2 years in a SW QA/QE leadership role. + Strong experience in testing mobile/desktop applications, cloud-based frameworks, and APIs. + Comprehensive understanding of software development lifecycles, QA methodologies, and processes. + Proficiency in test automation using Swift and Python, including creating and maintaining robust testing frameworks. **Key Qualifications** **Preferred Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. + Experience in video/photo editing technologies or a passion for creative tools. + Automation planning, execution, and triage for projects on multiple platforms: iOS, macOS, & web apps. **Education & Experience** **Additional Requirements** **Pay & Benefits** + At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $190,700 and $329,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
