You'll develop your team of highly motivated and talented builders who can collaborate with product managers, marketing managers, data experts and business leaders to build robust solutions.

1. Setting the org priorities while balancing customer, stakeholder and business needs
2. Defining the long term technical vision for the org that meets business needs in scalable ways
3. Delivering high quality software as well as rapid prototypes to gather user feedback and data
4. Collaborating with Product and business Leaders to translate business needs to software solutions
5. Hire and develop builders in the org
