Identify and address technical debt to improve maintainability and performance. + Team Management: Ensure right resources are allocated to various tasks, conduct performance reviews and providing mentorship/constructive feedback to the development team + Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to prioritize requirements.
