We have achieved this by building relationships based upon: expertise, patience, attentiveness, clear positive communication, tenacity, and a calm presence. **About The Role:** A Software Engineering Manager at LINQ requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership skills and strategic thinking to ensure the State Nutrition applications continue to meet business needs while planning for future improvement. + Technical Leadership: Understand the architecture, design patterns and any custom implementations. Identify and address technical debt to improve maintainability and performance. + Team Management: Ensure right resources are allocated to various tasks, conduct performance reviews and providing mentorship/constructive feedback to the development team + Stakeholder Communication: Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to prioritize requirements. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress. + Operations Responsibilities: Overseeing resolutions of production issues and ensuring application is secure, compliant and running smoothly. + Collaboration and Coordination: Working internally with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Customer Support) and managing relationships with any 3rd party vendor or consultants as needed. **What** **You’ll** **Be Doing:** + This role is specifically looking for a more hands-on Engineering Manager that can help triage, troubleshoot, support, and guide the team in technical projects, escalations, and architectural decisions.
