Salary Range: $94,900.00 - $107,200.00  

*As required under NYC Human Rights Law Int 1208-2018 - Salary range for this role when Hired for NYC Offices 

Position Summary

This position oversees and provides leadership to administrative and operational activities of Medical Education within Weill Cornell Medicine.

Organized, energetic, self-motivated person who is a problem solver with an appetite for learning and enjoys a multifunctional role with broad scope. This position will work closely with the Director of Medical Education to oversee functions in multiple programmatic areas, including budget, degree progress, compliance, select curricular functions, and data management. Strong written and verbal communication and an outstanding eye for detail and accuracy are a must given the high degree of oversight/quality control.

Job Responsibilities Manages all special projects and initiatives for the department; ensures appropriate resources and staff are allocated. Oversees management of space and facilities for the education mission, liaises with Event Services and Engineering and Maintenance to ensure scheduling, staffing and maintenance. Works in collaboration with appropriate units of ITS, including ETG and ESO to provide appropriate support for medical education. Assists in development and monitoring of budgets. May perform limited forecasting and provide recommendations that determine the budget. Oversees public facing events for Medical Education. Organize and/or participate in outreach activities that may include developing communications and training, planning/promoting events and/or conferences. Performs other related duties as directed. Education Bachelor's Degree Experience

Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience, or combination of education and relevant experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multi-task. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of projects. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgment in making decisions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
