Manager, Store Experience Process Transformation
The Manager, Store Experience Process Transformation at Best Buy will play a key role in the Store Experience team, driving improvements in how project work is executed across all Best Buy stores. This role will be responsible for overhauling existing processes to ensure a best-in-class approach to the delivery of store experience projects, with a specific focus on material supply chain improvements, vendor accountability, and scheduling alignment. 

This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. What you’ll doPartner with internal teams to understand roles, processes, current challenges, and opportunities, aligning transformation efforts with business priorities.Drive the creation and management of a professional supply chain process for timely and reliable delivery of parts and fixtures.Develop a process for holding vendors accountable for the timely delivery of parts and fixtures, including use of service-level agreements and escalation procedures.Coordinate the development sophisticated reporting tools and dashboards to monitor the status of parts and fixtures delivery throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate a process and a cadence that ensure the scheduling alignment between the delivery of fixtures and the availability of labor resources (contractors or internal teams).Facilitate cross functional discussions to co-create solutions that streamline processes and drive efficiency across the team.Lead multiple high visibility change management projects simultaneously, prioritizing for greatest impact and speed to market.Basic qualifications4 years of Goods Not for Resale, Procurement experience in Goods Not for Resale (GNFR), Procurement, or closely related position2 years of process, program or project management experience1 years of experience in change management or process improvement2 years of experience providing indirect team leadership to include coaching, mentoring, work directionPreferred qualifications2 years of experience managing third party vendor relationships 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple levels of leadership2 years of experience using data to influence team and/or supplier decisions for improving performance and enhancing processes.
