Description
At Audible, we believe stories have the power to transform lives. It’s why we work with some of the world’s leading creators to produce and share audio storytelling with our millions of global listeners. ABOUT THIS ROLE
As a Manager of Strategic Analytics at Audible, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of analytics solutions that address important customer and business problems. You will work on projects that impact the goals of our Analytics, Marketing, Product, and/or Content organizations. Your role will involve developing and applying analytic frameworks with a strategic mindset to drive decisions across marketing channels and product surfaces.
ABOUT YOU
You are a “doer” with strategic mindset: someone that can code at a very good level in SQL and build visualization with Tableau. At the same time, can deliver products or prototypes end-to-end (from conception, to design, to specification, to code, to test, to measurement, to presentation). You have a business acumen that helps you speak fluently in your business partners’s language, and helps them achieve or surpass their goals. You work fast and deliver reliably against your commitments. You can frame hypotheses, decisions, and assumptions into a testable structure and develop robust experimental designs.
As a Manager of Customer Analytics, you will...
- Collaborate with data scientists, BIEs, and business leaders to develop and implement analytics solutions that drive business growth
- Own some analytics product end-to-end, and contribute to others
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of all relevant data sources, business intelligence technologies, data science and analytical tools – know what’s possible, in which direction to steer, and how to move fast with solutions, adjustments and recommendations
- Communicate verbally or in writing to business customers and leadership to share insights and recommendations
- Participate in the company planning and goal setting both long-term and short-term by leveraging your analytics expertise
