Job Summary
Responsible for providing financial and strategic thought leadership on a wide variety of critical business initiatives to members of the senior leadership team. Contribute to the financial well-being of the business through direction and application of financial tools and analysis.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities
Assesses strategic initiatives, including acquisitions and divestitures and supports due diligence. Evaluates capital projects.Build complex financial models to value potential targets and maintain/improve existing valuation models.Executes monthly financial reports, interprets results, identifies meaningful variances and trends, summarizes and provides context to senior management. Streamlines and automates reports.Coordinates quarterly forecasts and provides input to the annual strategic planning process.Stays abreast of relevant trends in North American macroeconomic indicators focusing on key end-markets (Multifamily, Hospitality) customers, suppliers, and industry peers; and in financial markets, including interest rates, currency exchange rates, and commodity inflation rates.Nature and Scope

Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.Typically requires overnight travel 5% to 20% of the time.Education and Experience
