What You’ll Be Doing
You will provide support to the Strategic Partnership team in building and maintaining relationships with external business partners, identifying new opportunities that mutually benefit CIBC, our clients and our partners and supporting strategies that will enhance client experience and drive revenue. You will assist the team in the development, management, presentation and implementation of plans and projects including tactics that will build the business, optimize profitability, improve client experience and drive operational efficiency. You will work with high performing, highly productive and diverse teams to successfully implement programs that enhance the client experience and drive revenue growth.

· Strategy Support – Assist in the development and recommendation of strategic plans, analyzing opportunities, and tracking the effectiveness of programs. Use analytics and research to report on, analyze and optimize our strategic partnerships. Work with various stakeholders to ensure organizational support, execute business initiatives, complete analysis and contribute to recommendations for growing our existing partner relationships.
· Program Management – In partnership with Technology and Business partners, manage projects that align with strategic objectives by developing business cases, outlining costs, resource requirements, time lines and any other related requirements for a highly complex business. Coordinate project activities/deliverables to support successful delivery. In conjunction with Technology, Finance and other project stakeholders, support the preparation and delivery of business cases for approved projects. Develop reporting and information management processes to track and manage current and potential partnership opportunities.
· Relationship Management – Work with key stakeholders to proactively develop and maintain a partnership pipeline that is aligned with the team’s strategy and roadmap. Develop communications to address any issues/inquiries that may arise from the frontlines or other stakeholders. Provide ongoing, collaborative and high-quality support to our internal/external partners.
