How You Will Make a DifferenceCollaborate with Development Operations and Cross-functional teams to execute a comprehensive allocation approach that considers vendor capacity, performance, duty optimization, materials availability, risk mitigation, and vendor capabilities.Support the global allocation leadership team to establish a 3-year allocation plan and to execute pre-season and in-season allocation.Collaborate with the Planning team to streamline forecasting processes and ensure capacity alignment and efficient resource utilization.Partner with Global Materials Supply and Costing teams to improve synergy between fabric/trims and garment sourcing.Support other strategic initiatives such as vendor-led programs, and speed-to-market solutions, etc.Drive fact-based decision making by presenting data findings effectively, using storytelling and visualization techniques to articulate complex information in a clear and impactful way.Skills for Success

Professional experience: 5 years in supply chain, strategic analytics related fields.

Educational requirements: Academic degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
