Role Objective:

The Manager, Supplier Governance Global Business Systems (GBS) will play a critical role in ensuring the success of GBS by partnering with GBS leadership and our vendor partner. The scope spans all facets of GBS partner performance, from risk monitoring, KPI & SLA tracking and driving vendor commitments and innovation. This role will analyze monthly results and forecasts across all metrics and work with appropriate business partners to identify opportunities and drive accountability.      

Key Responsibilities:

Administer contract and manage change processManage GBS Partner Innovation Fund usage and governancePartner with GBS team to optimize program results, ensure KPIs and SLAs are being met and align standard processes across all regionsIdentify any supplier risksLead Governance calls with GBS providerPrepare materials to support management presentationsAd hoc analysis to drive efficiency

Role specific skills, competencies and experience:

A bachelor’s degree5-plus years of related supply chain experience requiredExcellent organizational skills and a focus on continuous improvementExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsA demonstrated attention to detailAbility to deal with all levels of a global organization

Collaborate with Regions/Functions/OUs/OAs/OTs leader(s)GBS or other centralized services / entities including outsourcingEnablers (DT, Transformation Office, HR, change mgmt., Automation tools,)

Language Requirement: Expertise in English reading and writing
