Job Description:

This role is responsible for leading a team of analysts to ensure supplier data integrity across multiple management systems. This leader will ensure updates, maintenance and coordination with the enterprise to ensure accuracy in preferred and primary status so that parts procurement is equipped with making the right supplier selections.

Key Job Responsibilities

Lead team of analysts to develop an enterprise vendor management process

Responsible for designing and implementing a supplier onboarding process for the enterprise

Lead the organization to consolidate over 40K vendors for the enterprise that will enable cost savings

Collaborate with the Acquisitions team to set preferred suppliers in management systems

Collaborate with Procurement /Sourcing / APS to update preferred suppliers with contracts or contract changes in CCC / OpsTrax

Build positive working relationships with the Operations team

Maintain the integrity of supplier profiles and data within operating systems (OPS, Workday, CCC)

Work with CPMs to change / update regional vendors when necessary

Lead the relationship with external vendors (CCC and OPS) to ensure vendors are set up in both systems 

Leads the team to establish connections with the AP team to handle any vendor related issues that arise

Maintain the national vendors so they are accessible for all acquired and new locations

Lead team of analysts and hold team accountable for delivering on defined KPIs

Serve as escalation point for for shop locations, markets and regional operations team to address general procurement inquiries

Report out on metrics and performance to leadership, gather root causes, countermeasures and provide any further training

Recruit, train and retain analysts for central procurement

Document processes for analysts and take initiative to improve and streamline processes

Understand The Boyd Group Procurement policies and promote approved procurement practices across the organization

Education and/or Experience Required

Bachelor in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement

A minimum of 10 years previous leadership experience in Supply Chain / Procurement field

Working knowledge of ERP (WorkDay, CCC, OPS preferred)

Advanced knowledge of EXCEL/Google Sheets

Experience in Collision Industry preferred

Other Requirements

Work from Home opportunity but may be asked to travel to corporate office, suppliers or targeted meetings and conferences

Ability to utilize Google Suite for managing internal business controls

Capable of working independently and with minimum supervision
