The supply chain manager is responsible for Varian Palo Alto site production planning and contributes to broader Plan & Materials function responsibilities.

Top priorities & responsibilities:

Manage a team size of 6~7 individual planners to ensure team development and performance requirements are met.Managing production planning and material planning through MRP and production capacity analysis to ensure on time start and on time finish of Finished Goods and Subassemblies.Manage potential materials shortage impact. Coordinates with cross-functional teams to resolve potential work center schedule interruptions or customer order delivery impact.Contributes to continuous improvement on production and material planning related processes. Lead or support projects to improve supply chain resiliency, flexibility, and efficiency. Make decisions by considering end to end supply chain processes.Work flexibly in other supply chain related responsibilities as required.

Requirements:

You have a completed bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management.More than 3 years people management experience in supply chain functions, as well as experience in collaboration with international partners.

Skills:

Experience in production capacity analysis and production scheduling.Professional experiences in SAP production planning and material management functions.Professional data analytic skills.

Desirable:

You are a team player and enjoy working in an international, interdisciplinary team.You are prepared to take ownership, and you work independently.You embrace changes and continuous improvement.

The base pay range for this position is

Min $151,400 - Max $227,100

Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
