KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, Supply Chain ESG to join our Environmental, Social and Governance practice.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage client engagements and work streams related to supply chain ESG, including the topics of Scope 3 decarbonization and human and worker rights, and client functional needs related to supply chain transparency and traceability, procurement, supplier engagement and collaboration, and technology solutions; help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
+ Oversee day-to-day project work and highly skilled client and KPMG work teams throughout the project lifecycle; demonstrate leadership skills around managing a sizeable team and be the point person for client leadership communications
+ Provide direction to clients on the topic of supply chain ESG, including the business drivers and benefits, market as well as technical requirements and constraints, and the regulatory environment
+ Facilitate internal efforts to drive ESG integration in other supply chain functional services including strategy, inventory planning, and logistics and distribution
+ Assist with proposal and business development activities by leveraging existing relationships with C-level executives
+ Organize go-to-market activities, including thought leadership and sales campaigns, with senior oversight to drive supply chain ESG engagements and investments
Qualifications:
+ Minimum five years of recent consulting experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, and/or business transformation with senior executives; minimum three years of sustainability experience focused on circularity, waste reduction, recycling, decarbonization, and/or supply chain in consumer goods, retail, technology, or cross industry
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in related field; MBA from an accredited college/university preferred
+ Significant experience engaging with and presenting to senior business leaders in client organizations, with documented sales and client account development experience
+ Ability to travel as needed
