Learn more athttps://www.jnj.com/.The Supply Chain Inventory Manager is responsible for developing and proposing global inventory optimization strategies to ensure Supply Chain operates efficiently, reducing SLOBs and improving capacity, while supporting business growth and service levels for Innovative Medicine brands and markets. The Manager will work in close collaboration with End-to-End Planning, Platform Site leaders, Finance, GPEx, Regional Demand and Supply, Make, Quality, Procurement, and Value Chain teams to develop tailored brand strategies while operating as an Intelligence Hub providing solutions that can be validated cross-sites and cross-brands. The SC Inventory Manager will also support strategies and analytics for executive inventory management business reviews and identification of main drivers and action plans to support business goals.This is a position that offers great potential for further career growth within the Innovation Medicine Supply Chain organization, as it will give an outstanding experience in a complex production environment within a global context. Minimum of a Bachelor’s / University or equivalent degree required; focused degree preferred in Science, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related fieldAPICS and/or LEAN certifications are helpfulExperience and Skills:Required:
Minimum 6 years of relevant work experienceSupply Chain experience (such as logistics, planning, finance, etc.)Outstanding analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on critical thinking and executionAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and global environment, and in a global and virtual network, composed of different culturesStrong written and oral communications skills are critical for success in this roleResults and performance driven, and a customer-centric mentalityAbility to lead multiple initiatives and work in an environment where priorities change rapidly, and tight deadlines existPreferred:
Experience in Cash Flow Management and/or Inventory ManagementExperience in healthcare industryKnowledge of SAP and/or OMPKnowledge of global supply chain trends, risks, and standard methodologiesPeople leadership experience (direct or indirect reports)Other:
Requires up to 10% domestic and/or internationalRequires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week.Education:
