Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager – Field at AmeriGas will lead the recruitment strategy and execution for attracting top talent to support our organizational goals. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, developing innovative sourcing strategies, and enhancing the candidate experience. The manager will oversee a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, ensuring alignment with AmeriGas's values and commitment to diversity and inclusion. Key responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, utilizing data-driven approaches for continuous improvement, and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of talent acquisition trends, and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Planning: Design and implement high-volume recruitment strategies that align with business goals, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of TA Practitioners, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high performance. Sourcing and Pipeline Development: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and community partnerships, to build and maintain a talent pipeline. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices. Process Optimization: Analyze recruitment processes and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate journey from application to onboarding, maintaining communication and engagement throughout the process. Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diverse hiring practices and contribute to AmeriGas's commitment to creating an inclusive workplace. Reporting and Analytics: Prepare and present recruitment metrics and insights to senior leadership, demonstrating the effectiveness of recruitment initiatives. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated understanding of recruiting operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology (SAP SuccessFactors and other new technology) and tools. Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in a managerial role. Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and tools. Data-driven mindset with experience in using analytics for decision-making. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Education and Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience demonstrating breadth of assignments. 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification or equivalent preferred.

The pay for this position ranges from $99,200.00 to 145,400.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales.
