Essential Job Functions:
Full-lifecycle recruiting for roles at all levels and multiple departments Provide hiring managers’ clear visibility and reporting of candidate pipelines and offer guidance regarding sourcing methods, interview/offer process and labor market conditions Develop a trusted relationship with the business that results in becoming an advisor/business partner to them Manage a consistent, high volume of qualified candidates through active and passive sourcing methods Follow up/survey hiring managers, candidates and internal stakeholders on the overall recruitment process. Identify areas for improvement and implement changes Contribute to and lead various Talent related initiatives that are in support of our vision and enable the company to efficiently scale Offer guidance to and management of Recruiting Coordinator to ensure we are optimizing their time and efforts as a shared team resource Train Talent Acquisition team on new processes, procedures, technology and best practices. Manage and develop Recruiter(s) assigned to your team. Assist in vendor management (job boards, background check provider, sourcing tools, staffing firms) as needed Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to timeMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred 5+ years in full life cycle recruiting experience at all levels Must have the ability to communicate and interface effectively with all levels of the Hub Group organization in a manner that consistently produces results Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities Proven skills in sourcing and interviewing techniques Possess the aptitude to offer creative suggestions and the vision to identify areas for continuous improvementSalary: Up to $86,000/year base salary
