This is a full-time position located in Fort Worth, TX. For certain positions, including this one, employees can work on day per week remotely. We are looking for a Manager, Talent Management, who will be responsible for overseeing BNSF’s selection testing processes, employee insights and talent metrics and analytics.

 

You will play a vital role in ensuring that BNSF selects top talent through accurate and reliable testing methods including overseeing validation studies to maintain the highest standards of accuracy, reliability and legal defensibility. You will also be responsible for helping assess and drive change in BNSFs culture by managing BNSFs employee insight process, including new hire, engagement, and exit surveys. This also includes analyzing and presenting data and insights to senior leaders to help us make informed decisions and take meaningful action. Responsibilities:

Oversee BNSFs high-volume selection testing process across key scheduled and exempt roles with test volumes up to 20,000 tests per year. Responsibilities include vendor management, testing updates, designing and leading validation studies, and partnership with the HR team. Lead BNSFs employee insight strategy which includes employee insights and surveys (e.g., candidate experience surveys, new hire surveys, exit surveys and other engagement-related surveys).Own BNSFs top and emerging talent selection and development assessment processes. Partner with vendors to select and develop assessment strategies and oversee implementations and improvements.Conduct talent analytics - creating insight and visual presentations of testing or other talent outcome measures.Ensure the accuracy and reliability of testing methods, staying up to date with legal and research changes in the landscape to ensure compliance.Manage the administration of processes such as test usage, pass rates, and BNSF interview guides. Keep abreast of current and emerging HR trends in the employee selection, employee experience, and talent analytics space.

 

 

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related degree requiredMinimum 5+ years experience in Human Resources or related experience requiredMinimum of at least 12+ months of direct experience with selection testing, assessments, and analytics requiredMaster’s or PhD degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferredStrong understanding of testing methodologies and validation studiesExcellent organizational and project management skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze and interpret data to provide insights and recommendationsAbility to summarize data and create visual presentations Familiarity with survey tools and software, such as QualtricsAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyUnderstanding of legal and compliance requirements in selection testingStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
