Manager, Talent Sourcing Greater China & Mongolia

What will I be doing?

This position is responsible for assisting in the recruitment process for hotel management and corporate positions throughout Greater China & Mongolia region by supporting the Talent Acquisition team through effective, creative and strategic candidate sourcing and attraction.

\n

As a member of Hilton Greater China & Mongolia Recruitment team, Manager, Talent Sourcing  is responsible for finding and attracting the best top talent to Hilton by understanding our strategic talent needs, possessing intimate geographic, market and functional expertise, building relationships with sourcing leads and serving as a candidate advocate during the initial talent acquisition phase. Hiring leadership roles for new hotel openings will be a top focus for this position.

What will I be doing?

The position works closely with the recruiting team to support internal and external talent pipelining and bench strength. This individual will also be responsible for identifying innovative solutions and implementing thoughtful recruiting process and strategy for the APAC region. 

\n\nDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with team members to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility\nDevelop and maintain multiple sourcing channels to develop a strong talent pool\nLeverage online recruiting resources and in-house Applicant Tracking System to identify and recruit the very best candidates\nReview resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements\nProvide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position\nMaintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required\nUses effective communication approaches that include proactively keeping candidates informed, appropriately expressing ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timeliness\nWorks cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities\nStays informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices\nAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately\n

To fulfill this role successfully, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:

\n\n\n\nDemonstrated hunter mentality with sourcing/networking skills\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to function under pressure and meet deadlines\nStrong time management skills with attention to detail\nExtensive internet research experience\nTechnical experience with MS Office\nBA/BS/Bachelor's Degree\nAt least 10 years of related experience\n\n\n\n
