This role plays a crucial part in guiding the coordination and successful execution of Ryan's Team Member Insights program by serving as the expert on the team's technology platform, Qualtrics. The position is responsible for assisting the Firm’s leaders in gaining relevant and actionable insights through multiple sources to produce a holistic view of the team member experience across all touchpoints. This position ensures that all work performed aligns with goals and performance objectives and complies with the Firm's policies and procedures.

Duties and responsibilities, as they align to Ryan’s Key Results

People:

Creates a positive team member experience.Engages in hiring, training, and coaching staff.

Client:

Works with cross-functional counterparts across all levels of the organization to thoroughly understand the team member journey and specific touchpoints.Manages survey technology platform to collect, centralize and disseminate team member insights. Creates a closed-loop system to ensure team member feedback is turned into action.Additional duties include:Survey Design - Researches best practices, gather stakeholder input, propose survey items/questions, and draft necessary communications. Reporting and Insights - Prepares survey results and key insights via written reports and/or slide decks, presents the findings live when necessary, and addresses questions from stakeholders. Training and Documentation - Creates documentation of processes and policies, designs training materials, onboards new stakeholders to our survey tools and programs, and manages team files/folders. Action Planning & Close-the-Loop – Ensures feedback is addressed in a timely and transparent way via action planning and close-the-loop processes and technology both within and outside of the survey platform. Client Support - Acts as the first line of communication for questions, inquiries, problems, requests, etc. for all things survey-related, provides support where possible and escalates issues to the appropriate points of contact as needed. Stakeholder Coordination - Works with partners both internally and externally  to ensure we have the appropriate approvals and support. Tool Management - Configures surveys and dashboards, stays up to date on system changes and roadmaps, translate system changes into their impact on stakeholders, and manage vendor relationships. Data Wrangling - Looks for ways to improve our reporting capabilities, plan for changes to data feeds, works with internal and external partners to make necessary updates/changes. Access Permissioning - Determines and configures appropriate stakeholder access to our survey tools, updates for new users, and audits regularly. 

Value:

Assists with designing surveys that comply with industry best practices and optimize the team member experience. These include, but are not limited to, engagement surveys, lifecycle surveys, pulse surveys, ad hoc surveys, and always-on feedback.Handles and safeguards confidential information and sensitive material.Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

5-7 years of survey/insights experience, preferably with corporate survey experience and/or a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree highly desirable) in a related field.Proficiency in survey methods, such as item development (e.g., double barrel, reversed scored), sample selection techniques (e.g., random vs. stratified), scaling options and anchors, and tracking participation rates.  Proficiency in creating summary reports based on quantitative and qualitative data.     Strong communication skills and ability to speak to technical and less technical audiences of varying organizational levels.

Additional Experience:

Technology Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must intermediate skills in Microsoft® Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet navigation and research. Must have extensive experience using survey tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint, Medallia, SurveyMonkey, Peakon, Perceptyx). Strong preference for experience working with Qualtrics. Must be able to obtain a thorough understanding of Ryan’s technology stack and data sets to optimize system integrations.

Certificates and Licenses:

Valid driver’s license required. 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This role may have supervisory responsibilities, both direct and indirect due to project management.

Compensation:

For certain California based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $108,000 - $148,000

For other California based locations, the base salary hiring range for this position is $99,000 - $136,000

For Colorado based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $94,750 - $130,430

For New York based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $108,000 - $148,000

For Washington based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $99,000 - $136,000
