Manager, Technical Services
Description We are in search of a Manager, Technical Services to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and delivering Information Systems Service and Operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and supporting a variety of systems and technologies, overseeing software deployment and patching, and maintaining end-user computing devices. Responsibilities: • Oversee and manage Information Systems Service Delivery and Operations. • Support and manage end-user computing devices including Windows and Apple devices, Tablets, Mobiles, Printers, Scanners, and Copiers. • Handle incident management, asset management, and software deployment and patching. • Manage and support Microsoft 365 suite and business analytics tools such as Tableau and Power BI. • Oversee operations and support of IPTV systems, POS Systems, Surveillance and Access Control Systems. • Support baseball systems and technology, directory services (Active Directory / LDAP), file storage shares, and security. • Manage and support conferencing systems and cybersecurity training and awareness. • Maintain general knowledge of network communications and connectivity, and e-mail communications and connectivity. • Familiarize with various technologies including Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, E-mail Security and Archiving Gateways, Mobile Device Management, Facility and Service Management, Software as a Service, Voice over IP. • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish is beneficial. Requirements • Candidate must hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant field. • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server is a must. • Experience with VMware is required. • Strong skills in Network Administration are essential. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. • Proven ability to manage a team and lead projects. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. • Familiarity with ITIL processes. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Demonstrated experience in managing technical services in a business environment. • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong understanding of the latest technology trends and their application in a business environment. • Must be willing to continue learning and adapting to new technologies.
