Manager, Technical Support

A growing cyber security company is looking to bring on a Manager of Technical Support. This is a new team and this person will be setting up processes, defining KPIs, and hiring a team. This is an opportunity to come in at the ground level and build out a technical support team that is supporting the company's SaaS product for their customers. This person will work closely with the R&D team, located abroad.

Skills and Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a manager role overseeing technical support in an enterprise environment
- Technical background and acumen; able to have technical conversations with the R&D team.
- Ability to work on site in a hybrid schedule.
- Some flexibility with hours, if needed. - Experience building out a team and creating processes, defining KPIs, etc.
- Experience running a team that supports a vendor product for enterprise customers
- Experience working for a Security or Cloud company null
