Your role will also involve optimizing process management to ensure efficiency in operations and communication.** **Core Responsibilities** **50% Trade Marketing manager - Western Europe** + Campaign development and delivery of campaigns and assets for various franchises and occasions, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders and addressing market-specific needs. + Collaborate with global marketing teams and BU’s, representing Western Europe in global campaign development. + Work with regional commercial development (RCD), eCommerce Center of Excellence (COE) and BU Trade Marketing to deploy successful retail activities to drive brand engagement and drive sales both online and instore with our retailers. **50% Process and Assets Management - Global** + Mapping and documentation of team workflows to enhance efficiency and ways of working across teams. + Coordinate the planning of campaign development and timelines to ensure seamless project execution. + Facilitate effective communication for campaign asset planning and deployment, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and informed. **Play your part in our team succeeding** Join the Trade & Shopper Excellence team, dedicated to creating Trade marketing strategies that influence shopper behavior along the path to purchase. We deliver in-store and e-commerce activations tailored for local relevance, enhancing the shopper experience and driving purchase considerations and conversions. Our global reach allows us to scale effectively, while our dedicated teams maintain local expertise and responsiveness by working closely with regional and BU teams. In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Trade & Shopper Excellence, with a dotted line to the Trade Marketing Director for Western Europe. **Do you have what it takes?** The requirements to succeed in this role are the following: + Proven experience within Trade/Shopper/Retail marketing across both online and in-store channels. + Interest and solid experience for project & process management. + Demonstrated shopper-centric orientation, creating and implementing shopper and retail activations for both in-store and on-line channels. + Proven ability to translate insights into actionable initiatives As a professional, we expect you to demonstrate: + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Self-motivated with strong skills in prioritizing tasks within a multifaceted agenda. + A strong collaborative mindset, with a teammate approach. + Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus. **_No relocation assistance is offered for this position._** Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
