We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Manager, Transaction Risk Management - Monitoring Team.

Principal Responsibilities

The Transaction Risk Management job category is responsible for the effective identification, assessment, ongoing management, monitoring and mitigation of existing transaction risk for Commercial clients. This job ensures limits are underwritten within authorities and campaigns in motioning debt are prioritised.

This job category will carry out some or all of the following activities:

Assisting in underwriting of new and renewal credit opportunities including developing appropriate recommendation for wholesale credit and market riskMonitoring and management of Structured Trade finance facilities, including Commodities Trade Finance per approved credit conditions, global operating procedures and product guidelinesEstablishing best practice policies and processes to facilitate transaction monitoring on end to end basisAssist in assessment of Financial and non Financial risks of facilities offered to Commodity clients and offering risk mitigants to manage such risksMonitor and reporting of portfolio risk management of GTS products, including Core Trade and Structured Trade Finance, by analytical tools Conduct identification, assessment, ongoing management, monitoring, reporting and mitigation of existing transaction risk for all GTS productsMonitor account receivables, aging analysis for instant credit control; identify red flags in seller’s overpaid and/or buyer overduesCarry out data collection, extraction and analysis activity from various data sources/tools to produce MIS report/dashboard to local, regional and global stakeholders
