Manager, Treasury Strategy

Responsibilities

The Treasury Strategy Manager will join a very analytical and fast paced IGT team in Vegas and support the Global Treasury operations.  Responsibilities include but are not limited to; derivatives risk management (foreign exchange and interest rate), cash flow forecast analysis, covenant calculations and forecasting, excess cash investments, treasury reporting, & assisting on compliance, internal controls, and audit process.

 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage foreign exchange (balance sheet and cash flow forecast) and interest rate exposure: understand exposure, hedge as needed, monitor market behavior Calculate financial covenants and forecast maintenance and incurrence covenants Manage excess cash investments Compile monthly treasury reporting for executive management Prepare the annual FX budget rates for the Group as well as monthly FX rate forecasts used by Financial Planning and Analysis Prepare and analyze monthly accounting closing process and provide detailed variance analysis Liaise with internal departments: Accounting (including external auditors), FP&A, Tax, M&A, Deal Desk, Business Units and Legal Ensure company compliance with company Treasury policies Qualifications Minimum Education:  Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting required Minimum Experience: 5 years with Corporate Treasury experience with at least 2+ years with direct FX and interest rate risk exposure Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to multi-task as necessary Strong organizational and analytical skills and extremely detail-oriented Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Excel, Word and Power Point Experience in SAP/BPC and Bloomberg is a plus

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $76,179 - $180,000. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
