Position Responsibilities:

Underwrite cases to ensure satisfactory services are delivered within agreed turnaround times.

Handle and resolve problem cases skillfully and independently.

Handle enquiries from distribution channels via phone and/or email.

Conduct and arrange training for distribution channels.

Perform timely updates of the underwriting guidebook and forms.

Support benchmarking of competitors’ practices, delivering recommendations to enable the upgrade of existing guidelines.

Ensure underwriting standards and practices comply with audit guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Participate in product development and/or projects as required.

Travel to HK may be required.

Required Qualifications:

A degree holder with a minimum of 6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the life insurance industry or medical field.

LOMA qualification; FLMI is preferred.

High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a positive attitude, high level of engagement, and strong collaborative skills.

Ability to work under stress and tight schedules.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese word processing.
