We are looking for a Manager, User Experience to join our UX team in Bangalore, India, reporting to the director of User Experience Design. In this hybrid role, you will lead and manage a team of designers and collaborate on all aspects of the user-centric design lifecycle across cross-functional teams of Product managers and Engineering, to ensure on-time and successful delivery of these products and solutions. You will inspire Product teams to think and design differently by communicating a clear design vision and strategy that aligns with the overall product roadmap and business objectives. Your innovative and pragmatic design solutions will also drive customer delight and satisfaction across the Infoblox product suite.

 What you’ll do:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environmentPartner with design leadership to develop and communicate a clear design vision and strategy that aligns with the overall product roadmap and business objectivesOversee the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery of design projects and adherence to established standardsCollaborate with Product managers, engineers, and cybersecurity experts to integrate user-centric design principles with role-based needs and requirements of networking and security end usersEnsure E2E design and development of a comprehensive documentation, including guidelines for design patterns, components, typography, and visual stylesSupport qualitative and quantitative research planning, design, recruitment, execution, analysis, and sharing of insights and recommendationsAdvocate for customers and consistently drive for quality of our products to achieve the best experienceWork with Engineering to effectively plan and support the implementation of the design visionStay on top of industry trends to drive continuous improvements to user experience 

What you’ll bring:

15+ years of UX/UI design-related experience, with a proven track record of at least 4 years managing a team of designersPortfolio highlighting design operations experience and design team leadershipPortfolio highlighting work for enterprise web products and concrete understanding of design fundamentals and best practices; Demonstrated experience in networking and security enterprise product design is a must haveHigh proficiency in Figma, and use of advanced techniques for design systemsProven ability to articulate user needs into a compelling narrative and deliver vision through designs and workflowsAbility to influence and lead internal cross-functional teams to successfully deliver designsExcellent communications capability for written, verbal, and presentation/collateral mediumBachelor’s degree or higher in a UX design-related field, interaction design, user experience design, human factors, industrial design, or business design 

What success looks like:

After six months, you will…

Be fully engaged with our UX, Product Management, and Engineering teamsDrive user-centric design lifecycle, prototyping, and usability testingHave the critical SaaS product knowledge required to drive thought leadership

After about a year, you will… 

Play a strategic role in driving the UX for our SaaS product roadmap releasesUnderstand the SaaS product users, tasks, and environment Drive user experience recommendations to enrich our SaaS cloud services portfolio
