Overview

Summary

The Manager, Velocity Sales is responsible for:

Meets or exceeds the Velocity Account Executive Team’s Revenue and Gross Profit Growth ObjectivesRecruits and leads on-going development of Velocity Account Executive team and their customer sales opportunitiesPartners with Marketing to develop programs to drive salesMaintains strong relationships with our go to market PartnersResponsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasting

 

The Manager, Velocity Sales will report directly to the Sr. Director, Velocity Sales with a primary focus of supporting C1’s strategic growth initiatives for our Velocity business. The Leader will own the revenue and gross profit objectives across their Velocity Account Executive team with direct management responsibility of the team and in partnership with the sales organization.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

Leads inside sales organization focused on Velocity salesPerforms accurate and timely weekly, monthly and quarterly forecastingEnsures on-going training for inside sales and field sales teamsFocuses on primary success measures which are Revenue and Gross Profit growthWorks closely with Sales, Marketing Team, National Practice Organization and Offer Management TeamKeeps Senior Director, Velocity Sales informed of customer/competition situations, customer’s business issues and interests, and generate a strategy that will achieve business objectivesKeeps advised on company policies, procedures, and objectives and seeks guidance when clarification is neededCompletes performance reviews in accordance with company policy for required direct reportsPartners with Human Resources in hiring, C1 policy compliance, and employee related issuesAssures team compliance with security processes, expense management and company- customer communications

 

Required Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in business, IT, finance or experience and educational equivalent2+ years of Inside Sales leadership experience; demonstrating high performance resultsStrong presentation, oral and written communication skills are essentialDemonstrated success working in a team environmentStrong competitive knowledge of the Commercial marketStrong partner knowledge and relationships within the Commercial marketTrack record of delivering strong sales results in the Commercial market especially collaboration technologies Qualifications

Pay Range$80,000 - $115,000Base pay ranges are estimated. Actual base pay will be based on education, experience, location, certifications, skill set,  and any other relevant factors. Incentive/variable pay opportunities are in addition to base pay.
