Manager, Waste Strategy & Transformation

Make It With Pride.** Waste reduction is one of the top priorities within Mondelez North America and this role will be a critical enabler in that journey. This role will be a part of the NA Strategy & transformation team focusing on NA manufacturing Waste pillar. **How you will contribute** You will: + Drive Manufacturing Waste pillar within NA Mondelez Network, ensure delivery vs AC, owning the gap analysis & actions required to change the trajectory of results + Support development of the long term strategy and roadmap with a focus on manufacturing waste reduction + Partner with Plant teams and cross-functional partners to drive loss analysis and identify sustainable opportunities for waste reduction + Drive execution of key strategic initiatives across NA manufacturing sites Partnering effectively with all multi-functional peers including Plant Teams, R&D, Engineering , Business development, TIM and others to + Collaborate with Finance, MDS & SCI team to drive ownership & updation of dashboards, financial reporting and support the intelligence on root causing + Inspire, motivate and engage stakeholders; learn and embrace Mdlz ways of working, support diversity and inclusion through team leadership.​ + Promote zero waste mindset by engaging with cross-functional teams + Support stakeholders and business partners in understanding the operational and strategic complexity of the business + Ensures strong collaboration with cross-functional partners **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Strong engineering or manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in LEAN, Six Sigma tools and concepts + Strategic thinking and strong project and program management skills + Expert communication and influence skills and ability to drive effective discussions at all levels, with internal and external stakeholders​ + Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building **More about this role** **Job specific requirements:** + ​Education / Certifications: Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor in Operations Management + A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in CPG industry with experience in TPM-Total productive maintenance,5s, LEAN, 6 sigma tools and concepts + Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem solving and team building + An Engineer with a strong financial & business acumen, project management skills and Knowledge of industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment. **Travel requirements: 25%** “The base salary range for this position is $106,300 - $146,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
