About the role
The Manager for Workforce Management will play a critical role in helping us standardize labor measurement and execution across our Wonder production and distribution facilities.
This role focuses on developing and enhancing forecasting and reporting processes, as well as driving process improvement across our sites. This person is expected to collaborate closely with Production Operations to improve scheduling accuracy, ensure proper hour execution, and provide actionable reporting to key stakeholders across both field and corporate teams.
Key Responsibilities
Subject Matter Expert (SME): Serve as the SME on labor regulations and compliance, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
Project Leader: Be the point of contact for capturing Production & Distribution Center best practices to build labor standards for new labor model
Coaching and Mentoring: Work closely with Facility Managers and Production Managers that have opportunities with hitting labor KPI’s including scheduling, items/hour, OT and wage %
Continuous Improvement: Assist production and distribution center management in identifying opportunities to improve productivity and drive change management process to implement changes
Key Projects
Lead the work in the field to capture and build labor standards at Wonder facilities in order to have an activity based labor model in 2025
Coach and train management on the best ways to manage labor effectively and schedule for success every week
Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address workforce challenges, improving scheduling accuracy and maximizing efficiency.
The experience you have
Workforce management experience in a production or distribution setting.
Experience working with labor forecasting and scheduling software.
Previous experience working in compliance-heavy environments with strict scheduling regulations.
Strong analytical skills, particularly in working with large data sets in Excel.
Solid understanding of labor regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills, capable of delivering clear and actionable insights to both field and corporate teams.
Preferred experience
Workday experience is highly desirable.
Production / DC Management experience is highly desirable

Base Salary
$122,000
