Workplaces is responsible for the active management of the Global Real Estate Portfolio including leases and transactions of all the properties, all design, construction and operations for offices for adidas. This supports the successful Korea performance as standalone market by supporting revenue growth, portfolio optimization and creating great workplaces to attract and retain top talent across the globe. To ensure a successful and sustainable Portfolio, Workplaces collaborates within an extensive network of internal / external stakeholders and industry experts to provide value added service.
In this role you are responsible for providing the best workplace experience through company events and sports/welfare programs/general affairs support and create working environment where employees feel inspirations and can perform at their best. This role will set the highest quality standards and execute for ensuring all health & safety of local/global regulations for office.
Key Responsibilities:
Successful landing of global workplace initiatives
Proactively communicate with global workplace team as SPOC of Korea workplace
Engage with global workplace initiatives/directions and bring it to local in an effective way
Continue to align local initiatives/needs with global directions of workplace
Partner to Korea HR lead and Senior leadership team with expertise in workplace
Ensure compliance with global & local policies/process
Proactively react to business/employees’ needs as a workplace partner.
Office & Facility Improvement
Manage projects that require analysis and autonomous initiative through professional experience
Steer, manage all office/workplace related projects and communicate with global/local leadership team to deliver the results
Plan, organise and monitor assigned operational processes. Ensure all service-related qualities, policies, standards and processes to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
Continue to propose innovative idea, develop and improve workplace with space efficiency.
Optimise external assigned services and improve operation efficiency
Internal (local, global) and external communication (customers, service providers, suppliers)
Contribute to planning and design of new facilities and respective equipment
Employee Experience Activities
Plan and work company event (All employee meeting, Kick off meeting, Year-end meeting etc by closely collaboration with Corporate Comm and Finance team
Propose and implement the employee events (sports day, other employee events etc) to drive employee team spirit and create an inspirational workplace
Activate GYM facility to and continue to promote sports spirit in organization
Continue to improve employee programs related to employee wellbeing/experience.
Health & Safety Management
Ensuring operator’s responsibility and employer obligations with regards to occupational health and safety, for the respective area of responsibility, in accordance with applicable local laws and guidelines, as well as minimizing possible risks. For a detailed description of obligations and tasks, please refer to the IMS Policy Annex ‘Health and Safety’ and the Corporate Security Policies. Manage all Health & Safety measurements required by local regulations / global compliances (e.g H&S committee, H&S Training, Risk assessment, Committee with service providers and other measurements etc)
Work with Health & Safety Supervisors in each team with clear guidelines to ensure local/global regulations
Create and coordinate the protocols regarding employees’ Health and Safety with Senior leadership team such as accident management in workplace and occasions related to BCP (business contingency plan)
Resource management
Monitor budget control and lead budget planning by collaboration with local finance team
Optimize cost efficiency/operation efficiency of internal & external service provider
Lead, Coaching and further develop assigned employees with clear guideline/directions

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
Completed vocational training, studies or equivalent education
Minimum 5 years working experience in respective area
Korea Certified Facility Manager (KCFM), which is recognized by the Korea Facility Management Association (KFMA) / Certified Facility Manager (CFM) from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the Facility Management Professional (FMP)
