ABOUT ROLE

As a Manager, Yield Analytics on our Network Ad Sales team, you will manage a team of two Yield Analysts overseeing yield across our Univision networks, while working in partnership with Ad Sales Planning, Traffic Operations and Performance Media to maximize revenues.   The role will be reporting to the Sr. Director as part of a cohesive 3-person team.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Develop strategies and best practices to improve inventory yield management process and workflowsGenerate reporting and providing insights to senior management to make sales decisions that optimize revenueEffectively communication daily, weekly, monthly trends that impact revenue with internal stakeholders including Sr. Director on liability for under-delivering deals to ensure we hit our quarterly liability goalsMitigate risk with Traffic Operations, Entertainment and Sports ProgrammingLead a team of analysts to forecast capacity of Sales products and packagesResponsible for continuous innovation, updates, automation & execution of the internal processesReview selling titles and capacities in our sales system, Wide Orbit & Dealmaker, for accuracy.Other sales tasks (e.g. program formats, ad hoc reporting)

YOU HAVE

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experienceMinimum 4 years of experience in ad sales support for a comparable network or at an ad agency with ad-supported revenueA positive, solutions-oriented, success-driven approach balanced with a strong customer service-oriented mindset and acumenIntermediate Excel experience with the ability to do pivot tables; formulas Superior creative thinking and problem-solving abilities Capacity to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deliver within deadlinesWide Orbit a/o traffic experience is a plusSystem implementation experience is a plusSpanish fluency and/or multi-cultural experience is a plus

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

Must be willing to work onsite from the NY office locationEmployment/education will be verifiedApplicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a fulltime basis

Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location: Base annual salary:  90,000 – 100,000
