What you will do

Build upon strategy for BO and convert into a phased plan, Identify and drive cost improvement or service enhancement opportunities & program management for key projects listed below for 2025-26.Reporting & Analytics dashboards & network Study for right sourcing, FG warehouses and loaner roomsManaging RFPs for new warehouse setup & pricing science and driving within technical servicesProcess excellence in Mako Ops, Demo Equipment Management & PLCM. End to end evaluation of Customer Service OperationsDefine & execute a digital transformation roadmap for Customer Service OperationsMake Business operation organization ready for all the controls as required by Finance & develop a technical training program for BO & TS and execute the same. This shall include but not limited to SC fundamentals, Lean, Analytics, Advanced Excel & PBI, JDE.

What you need

MBA from Tier 1 with 6 years + of experience in supply chain or operations, PMP certification added advantageSupreme analytical & problem solving skillsSkilled in MS Excel /Power BI. Advanced data/automation tools knowledge is a plusProgram or project management experience is desirable

Travel Percentage: 20%
