Manager– Experiential and Event Marketing

We are looking for a leader to develop ManpowerGroup North America’s experiential strategy across internal and client/sales events. This position will deliver engaging brand experiences across digital and in-person events by partnering with cross-functional teams across marketing, sales and more. The candidate will also manage our promo and print store in partnership with third-party vendors.


Making an Impact
• Lead and the team that manages experiential marketing initiatives, including live and online events (webinar, podcasts), client and consumer engagements and other marketing extensions.
• This position will deliver creative experiences that foster lasting relationships with our prospects and clients. We are looking for a leader to develop North America client events, implementing cutting-edge ideas that reflect our company’s innovative and community spirit of putting people to work.
• This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and will help to identify unique opportunities to deliver against business objectives while carefully tracking budgets and results.

Sharing Expertise
• Provide Experiential and Event Marketing strategy and guide their team to execute with excellence.
• Lead the industry on how experiential marketing delivers results.
• Collaborate with the brands and marketing teams- creative, content and technical teams to deliver the highest quality experiences.
• Oversee all event planning for project scope, schedule, resource requirements and execution and ensure programs are properly budgeted, estimated, and scheduled.
• Manage team to deliver experiential marketing strategies including client events and recognition programs. Tradeshow strategy and logistics support. Industry Memberships and benefits. Webinar and podcast production.

Gaining Exposure
• Collaborate with the brands and marketing teams- creative, content and technical teams to deliver the highest quality experiences
• Interact with Marketing Intelligence and business teams to showcase the value events bring to the organization and/or suggest optimizations to enhance ManpowerGroup’s presence and impact at events and in activated webinars.

Your Typical Day
• Develop strategy for events based on marketing program objectives
• Experiential oversight including managing team members to produce an experience at industry, sales and client events. Oversee your team to ensure they effectively manage webinars and our promo store.
• Serve as lead contact to key vendors and senior leaders in addition to our hero internal incentive awards trip.
• Lead the industry on how experiential marketing deliver results, optimizing our lead and attribution process in conjunction with sales operations and marketing intelligence.
• Oversee promotional and print production programs vendors in partnership with your direct reports.
• Ensure webinar, podcasts event strategy produces a predicable revenue pipeline.
• Provide requirements to the Marketing Intelligence team to ensure ROI modeling on all types of events investments.
