**Team/Role Overview**
The Technology MCA Execution Analytics Team provides forward looking reporting to support adherence to the MCA program. We monitor key MCA KRI and KPIs and deliver in depth analysis and actionable data for management decision making. We also perform reviews to validate adherence to the provisions of the Manager’s Control Assessment (MCA) Standard.
**What you’ll do**
+ Help contribute to governance and the facilitation of the execution of the Manager Control Assessment (MCA, i.e. Risk & Control Self-Assessment) as required by the MCA.
+ Support teams in the quality, completeness, and accuracy of the implementation of the Control Framework.
+ Support the MCA Reporting Lead with ongoing Reporting and Analytics efforts.
+ Analyze reporting exceptions to identify inconsistencies or any process, procedure or technology changes needed to adhere to MCA standards.
+ Aggregate, analyze, and validate process outcomes and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders on required revisions.
+ Participate in reviews of MCA processes to ensure MCA Program Adherence. Understanding of Control Testing and/or Quality Assurance Reviews preferable
**What we’ll need from you**
+ 6-10 years of experience areas related to internal control, external or internal audit, compliance, risk management.
+ Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills.
+ Fluent English knowledge with excellent communication skills
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to comprehend the big pictures with high attention to critical details
+ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.
