Overview

 

Our Data Analytics and AI team focuses on enabling our clients to unlock value from their information assets through collaboration and domain expertise to embed innovative data analytics solutions in existing business areas.

 

Responsibilities
 

•    Maintain a thorough understanding of current and future developments in Pharma/Biotech GxP regulation, and actively contributes to industry leadership and thought leadership within the GxP & Pharma landscape.
•    Serve as an expert in the development, deployment, and management of end-to-end cloud-based GxP data pipelines, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
•    Engage in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with various departments to seamlessly integrate data management practices into the broader organizational framework.
•    Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on data-related projects and initiatives, fostering a culture of data excellence.
•    Advisory on how to integrate GxP Data Solution and Data Product into GMP areas withing large pharma manufacturing facilities and across the supply chain.
•    Oversee data quality by managing classification, lineage, and confidentiality, and ensure that data management processes are robust and secure.
•    Monitor and continuously improve data management processes to meet evolving business needs and regulatory standards, ensuring that data practices are future-proof and compliant.
•    Creation of E2E GxP Data Strategies to align with key value drivers across large pharma value chains.
•    Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement and leverage cloud technologies (AWS) for effective and secure data management across the organization.

 

 

Qualification
 

•    Formal Qualification: MSc / PhD in Data (Analytics/Science/other) or Pharmaceutical Sciences
•    Industry Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or industrial management experience with a focus on data management.
•    Regulatory: Authoritative understanding and firsthand experience working within Pharma regulatory guidelines ie. EMA, FDA, HPRA
•    Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience with cloud technologies, particularly AWS
•    Communication and Leadership Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. Ability to simplify and clarify intricate topics for a diverse audience.
•    Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset.
