Job Description Summary

Manager of Commercial Reviews will look after the project investment portfolio in terms of risk monitoring of the investments made by the developer into the residential construction project, by conducting financial, sales and collections reviews for the real estate projects in hand in the region.

About the Role:

Provide Lenders with Independent Engineers & Project Investment Risk Monitoring services for real estate firms.Lead the team to execute and deliver risk advisory, commercial reviews for stressed assets; execute financial assessment for reconciliation of collections as per Bank statement, customer ledgers and sales MISConduct review of fund inflow and outflow management involving allocation of funds to appropriate ESCROW account for sales and approved withdrawals or utilization for cost review.Comparison of project planned v/s actual on basis of investment committee plan for project budget & cost and sales milestones, planned sales & collection.Responsible for review of bills certification of project, analysis of sales response achieved against various plans launched/ marketing strategies adopted and overall engagement & client management.Contribute to new client acquisition, preparation of proposals, learning & development plans for the team.

About You:

Qualification of CA/ CA Inter / MBA Finance is a pre-requisiteRequires expert level analytical and quantitative skillsAbility to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive client concernsAbility to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills Strong leadership management skills Requires expert knowledge of financial terms and principles
