Overview This position provides leadership support in the identification, tracking, and reporting of various data quality controls at FCB. They also are responsible for conducting maturity assessments on Business Units throughout the Bank to assess the compliance with the Enterprise Data Management Policy and related standards. Additionally, they will be managing at minimum 2 or more individuals. Responsibilities Collaborates with the other members of the Risk & Controls team to determine coverage of controls over Critical Data Elements Leads the team responsible for reaching out to the Business Units and other responsible parties to determine the controls relevant to mitigating data quality risk as well as annual refresh effort of the control catalogue Works with the broader Data Governance team to maintain an inventory of Critical Data Assets Establishes/executes and maintains a regular cadence of data environment maturity assessments for various Business Units at FCB Provides guidance/recommendations on ways to mitigate data quality risk. Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and department goals. Makes appropriate changes to policies, procedures, and efficiencies in order to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maximizes team achievements by providing professional development. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, and management role OR High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Risk Management or Analytics in the Financial Services industry, and management role License or Certification Type: Certified Information Systems Auditor considered a plus PreferredSkill(s): Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint, Sharepoint, and Excel.
