Manager – Regional Advertising Comms & Activation

Job Summary

Manager of Regional Advertising Comms & Activation primarily manages franchisee relationships and 50% of our local market system advertising / marketing needs. They ensure connection to National calendar and creative, comms plans, consistency in brand voice in every interaction across regional marketing and best represent the franchise system in bespoke regional or local strategy planning.   As a key member of the IMC team, this role works cross functionally as a strategic business partner of local marketing needs- leading the creation of regional and market-level advertising execution. This role requires strategic thinking and complex problem solving, with strong relationship building capabilities, and relationship management.

Responsible for support of:

•          Regional and market-level consumer strategies

•          Adaptation of national consumer strategies at the market level needs

•          Local store marketing programs

•          Local media leadership

•          Partnership on digital and technology testing

Description

Consumer Strategy by Market and Region – leveraging Consumer Roadmap, drive attainment of consumer goals in markets/regions that present the most opportunity. Leverage consumer segmentation by geography to inform messaging decisions, local marketing activation, local media plans and acquisition effortsFranchisee Communications – develop materials and create understanding of consumer strategies overall, by region and by market type. Steward and communicate co-op investment $, as part of overall full year planning and ongoing opportunities for locally funded initiativesLocal Media Partnership – based on consumer strategy by market/region. Own and partner with Local Media arm of agencies and cross functional teams to help direct bespoke market-level plansAdapt National Consumer Strategies by Region/Market – evolve national strategies and create distinctive local messaging and opportunities, as a part of total Integrated Marketing Communications plans, partnering with Creative and Media teams.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

-4 Year Degree Preferred

-Minimum 6 Years of Experience in Field Marketing/Marketing
