The Manager of Transformation Office – Finance will play a crucial role in evaluating transformation initiatives that drive strategic and operational value for the Company. This position will partner with the Transformation Office team to translate TMO measured metrics into financial results. The role requires excellent analytical skills and the ability to collaborate effectively. The Manager of Transformation Office – Finance must be able to translate business strategies into financial results and manage the high number of strategies coming through the Transformation Office.
Ensure Accountability and Resolution:
Establish clear accountability frameworks and performance metrics for transformational initiatives
Uphold responsibility and accountability across teams and partner closely with initiative owners and working teams to drive resolution when issues arise
Assemble business cases to support additional investments to be reviewed in the Transformation Office
Partner with the Transformation Office to develop a dashboard to monitor the performance of the Strategic Initiatives
Ensure timely updates to key stakeholders
Support post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and inform future transformation initiatives
Drive Alignment on Operating Model:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on measured metrics and their translations into financial goals
Implement data-centric / financially oriented process across initiatives to support evidence-based decision-making
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree (BA, BS)
5 -7 Years of experience in Retail, Technology, Consulting, Finance
Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in translating business strategies into financial results
Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities with background in project management
Retail and/or consumer experience a plus
Strong executive presence and overall communications skills
