The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. This role is based in our Omaha, NE office._ The Acquisition & Engagement team is dedicated to driving scaled sales motions to support LinkedIn's small business members, from acquisition to upsell. This will be a brand new team which will focus on driving innovation actively seek out new ventures and partnerships throughout the company to identify and address gaps in the market and capitalize on emerging opportunities. Our team is constantly testing and incubating innovative solutions to increase revenue, improve customer engagement, and provide valuable insights that drive business growth. The team will support across all SaaS Online Solutions, LTS, LLS and LSS Field business at any given time depending on the current pilot testing. We are currently seeking a Manager 3 to inspire, mentor and coach a team to excel in their role while proving concept of new GTM sales motions within our SMB business. They will strive to continuously uncover incremental revenue opportunities and delivering insights which help drive business transformation and customer value. **Responsibilities:** + Build, manage, and inspire a high-performing team focused on driving innovative sales initiatives and scaling operations. + Mentor and coach team members to achieve individual and collective success while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. + Identify, design, and execute new go-to-market (GTM) sales motions to address emerging opportunities and business needs. + Drive pilot testing of new strategies, processes, and initiatives to validate concepts and scale successful programs. + Develop and oversee strategic plans to uncover incremental revenue opportunities across LinkedIn’s SMB SaaS offerings. + Use data-driven insights and performance metrics to identify trends, monitor team progress, and refine sales approaches. + Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product, marketing, and operations teams, to align priorities and ensure seamless execution of initiatives. + Actively seek and nurture partnerships across the organization to identify market gaps and co-develop innovative solutions. + Advocate for SMB customers, ensuring their needs and feedback are integrated into strategies to drive business transformation. + Lead efforts to improve customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction by delivering scalable and valuable insights. + Oversee resource allocation and prioritization of team efforts to maximize business impact and efficiency. + Stay informed of industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to proactively adapt and position LinkedIn for success. **Basic Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience managing sales teams + Experience building or leading newly formed teams **Preferred Qualifications** + Experience in SaaS, SMB, or GTM strategy development. + Strong people management and coaching skills with a proven ability to develop high performing teams. + Demonstrated success in testing, scaling, and operationalizing new initiatives. + Strong analytical mindset with a history of using data to drive decisions and outcomes. + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. + Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement. + Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to present data-driven insights and influence senior stakeholders. + Experience working in high-growth, results-oriented environments. + Passion for leveraging data to make sound decisions and optimize strategies. + Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to align pilot initiatives with broader business goals. + Deep understanding of prospecting tactics and training others in deploying best practices. + Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while delivering high-impact results. **Suggested Skills** + Leadership + Coaching + Sales LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $102,000 to $155,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
