Overview We are looking for a Senior Manager of Everboarding to support the Intuit global sales organization. A strategic leader and problem solver that leads a team through innovative sales enablement projects to drive increased productivity and sales. This leader cultivates a high-performing team, empowering them to develop, implement, and optimize impactful initiatives that maximize sales productivity and success. What you'll bring + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field: MBA preferred + Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a high-performing sales environment with at least 3 years in sales enablement or an equivalent leadership role + Strong analytical skills to determine sales effectiveness and ROI of enablement initiatives and programs + Excellent leadership and team-building skills with the ability to show high velocity and high ownership to deliver results + Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence without direct authority + Deep understanding of sales processes and strategies in the tech industry + Proficient with CRM software, sales enablement tools, and sales methodologies + Maintain and expand an innovative mindset and a bias for action + Communicate and influence across all levels of the organization + Model Intuit’s values (https://www.intuit.com/company/operating-values/) , including diversity inclusion (DEI) How you will lead + Project Management: Overseeing key initiatives, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and achieve their objectives. + Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitating communication and coordination between Sales Enablement and other departments (Sales, Marketing, Product, etc.) + Data Analysis and Reporting: Working with data to track and analyze key performance indicators, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making. + Process Optimization: Identifying and implementing improvements to streamline processes and boost efficiency within the department. + Communication & Coordination: Acting as a central point of contact for the Sales Enablement team, managing communications and ensuring everyone is informed and aligned. + Team Support: Providing support to the Sales Enablement team, addressing their needs and concerns, and contributing to a positive work environment. + Rhythm of the Business Operating Mechanisms: Assisting with the creation and monitoring of sales enablement team performance and impact. + Continuously evaluate existing processes within the Sales Enablement team to identify areas for improvement. + Lead process improvement initiatives, leveraging data analysis and cross-functional collaboration to implement changes that drive efficiency and productivity. + Develop and implement standardized processes, workflows, and documentation to ensure consistency and scalability. + Serve as a trusted advisor, providing strategic counsel, data-driven recommendations, and thought partnership on key decisions. + Lead or support special projects navigating ambiguity and driving toward impactful outcomes. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $189,500 - 256,000, Southern California $162,000 - 219,000.
