The position will directly supervise 10 On site Construction Representative OSCR staff including both generalists and specialists with responsibility for the alignment and allocation of project workload to staff Responsible for the successful facilitation of the departments Field Construction QA program providing overall coordination of all QA inspection activities for multiple small and large scale construction projects for UMD College Park and UMD Service Center schools Assist the Associate Director of Planning amp Construction Technical Support to develop monitor and evaluate best practices for the successful delivery of all projects Responsible for quality assurance administration design review inspection and testing efforts for projects during construction and close out phase Promote and monitor site and personnel safety
