Responsibilities Maintain a collaborative atmosphere by communicating effectively and facilitating meetings with employees and managers;Responsible for the recruitment, hiring, training of new employees and development of existing employees;Be present during peak hours;Place or approve orders;Evaluate staff, establish their needs and work schedules;Maintain budget estimates;Responsible of the cash deposits;Handle customer complaints;Implement promotional activities and preventive equipment maintenance programs;Ensure compliance with and updates of the Toujours Mikes employee manual, company regulations, labour laws and consumer product standards;Apply hygiene and sanitation rules as well as occupational health and safety rules. Skills & Qualifications Customer service skills;Experience in a management position;Secondary 5 may be required;Bilingualism (French and English) required. ScheduleYour work schedule will be fixed with the exception of occasional overtime. You will be required to work evenings, weekends and some holidays. You will be in the office as well as on the floor assisting your team during busy hours.
