We have an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Optimisation Manager to join the Workforce Operations, to lead the optimisation our workforce investment across Boots stores.
The role will support the overall workforce planning agenda within Boots and will play a key role in ensuring that our stores have the right people, in the right place, at the right time, to offer a brilliant service to our customers.
This new role will report to the Head of Workforce Operations and will support the Retail & Logistics Leadership with identifying optimisation opportunities across the Boots stores estate.
The role will play a core role within our central Workforce Planning strategy as we evolve our Workforce strategy.
Lead key productivity reporting that feeds into the Executive on store performanceWork closely with HR and Business Units on strategic workforce planning, bringing together all the separate initiatives to create a unified workforce planWork with the Workforce Planning team on Business Case developmentIdentify opportunities for Workforce Optimisation through Shape of Investment, recruitment plans and payroll spend
What you’ll need to haveAble to work cross-functionally and manage a network of stakeholdersAble to explain, simplify and communicate complex information conciselyAble to work to tight deadlinesAble to work with data to generate and prove hypotheses
