LGS Group of Dunkin is seeking polite, honest and hardworking restaurant managers who will drive our high-volume Dunkin's. Managers will be accountable for the financial and operational performance of the restaurant.

A polite human being with a servant leadership mindset, who believes in team work by initiating and guiding the team to the goals, who doesn't afraid to manage the critical situation with a stable mind, who is honest and transparent in the financial matters, who can adapt the company culture and implement to the fellow team members.

Management experience in the restaurant is preferable but willing to adapt the company culture which promotes politeness, integrity, hard-work and honesty.open minded to learn and adapt the company culturefinancial literacy to manage high volume quick service restaurantclear management concept about food cost, payroll, inventory, waste elimination, profit and loss distributionability to work a flexible schedule of evenings, weekends and holidays
