Responsibilities

Work with the team to identify and pursue business development opportunities,Utilizing the global Cushman & Wakefield network to develop and manage key client accountsManaging broker transaction across APACUnderstand corporate drivers to be able to identify real estate opportunities and risks.Ability to assess and determine the business needs, formulate real estate strategies and then implement these in an appropriate and timely manner.Data management of existing CRM portalsResponsible for coordinating and consolidating business development data from commercial leasing teams in APAC

Requirements

Strong knowledge of the Singapore real estate fundamentals – specifically leasingUnderstanding of key concepts of workplace place strategyCreation of clear, well-presented marketing materials for proposals.Ability to create, analyse and interpret complex financial models.A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Good attention to detail.Good time management and ability to prioritize.Ability to present with confidence both internally and externally.Work effectively with all colleagues locally and internationally.Establish and maintain excellent client relationships.
