At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.Those in deal integration and valuation realisation at PwC will focus on assisting clients in successfully integrating acquisitions and maximising the value of their investments. You will be responsible for conducting valuations, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post-merger integration.

As a Manager in our Deals and Consulting team, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include your ability and attitude to:

Management and responsibility for compliance and risk management activities, including independence and relationship checks, Client Entity System (CES) research, sending out Authorization for Services (AFS), research on prospective clients (i.e. SEC and other regulatory status) and completing local Client and Acceptance procedures.

Minimum years experience required
Applicants should have experience in a deals or consultancy related environment or with a Big 4 Firm and be within their first 12 months at Manager grade.
Minimum qualifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance Management, Economics, Business Management or a related field from a recognised university
Internationally recognised accounting designation such as ACA/ACCA/CA/CPA
Other professional qualifications (Forensic, Insolvency, CFA etc) would be an asset, but is not required.
